Jenso — Terms of Service
Effective: July 13, 2026 · Contracting entity: Jenso LLC (a Colorado LLC) · Status: Closed beta
1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jenso LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with a mailing address of PO Box 3173, Buena Vista, Colorado 81211 ("Jenso", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Jenso software and services (the "Service"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization (the "Customer").
2. Closed beta
The Service is offered as a closed beta. Access is invite-only and may change, pause, or end as we develop the product. Beta features may be incomplete and are provided without any service-level commitment. We will give reasonable notice before a material change that affects your data.
3. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the activity of the users you invite to your workspace, and for keeping credentials secure. Each workspace's data is isolated to that workspace (its tenant); you control who you invite and what you import.
4. Your data is yours
You retain all rights to the data you and your team put into Jenso ("Customer Data") — parts, BOMs, schedules, work orders, documents, and the operational records you create or import. You grant Jenso only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (to store, process, display, and back up your Customer Data, and to generate the analyses and drafts you ask the Service to produce).
We do not sell your Customer Data. See the Privacy Policy and the Data-Use Agreement for the full data-handling commitments, including the no-sell default and how any future, opt-in, anonymized product research would ever be offered (it is not a default and is not part of the Service today).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another customer's data, or upload data you are not authorized to share.
Export-controlled data (aerospace / defense). Jenso is built to be aware of AS9100 and aerospace manufacturing workflows, but Jenso is not authorized to receive ITAR-controlled technical data. Do not upload defense-controlled technical data or engineering drawings subject to ITAR. Jenso's handling of export-classified data is limited by the field-level export-classification controls described in the Data-Use Agreement; you are responsible for classifying your data before you import it. See the Data-Use Agreement, Section "Export control (ITAR / EAR)".
6. AI-assisted features
Jenso uses AI to draft, summarize, and analyze — always with a human in control. AI output is a draft or a suggestion, never an authorization: nothing is executed against your operations without a person on your team approving it. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before you rely on it.
7. Fees
The closed beta is provided without a paid subscription, and these Terms do not create any payment obligation. Any future paid plan will be governed by separate, clearly presented terms that you accept before any charge. There is no automated billing in the Service today.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenso's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited, and Jenso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination and offboarding
You may stop using the Service at any time. On workspace deletion, your Customer Data is removed as described in the Data-Retention Policy (the tenant and its records are deleted; audit records are retained only as required and described there). We may suspend or end beta access with reasonable notice.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. When we make a material change, we will publish the new version and its version identifier, and — because acceptance is recorded per version — ask you to review and accept the current version before your next data import.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: legal@jenso.ai · Jenso LLC, PO Box 3173, Buena Vista, CO 81211.
