Jenso — Data-Use Agreement
Effective: July 13, 2026 · Jenso LLC (a Colorado LLC, PO Box 3173, Buena Vista, CO 81211) · Status: Closed beta
This Data-Use Agreement is the agreement you accept before importing real operational data into Jenso. It sets the ground rules for what you may upload and how Jenso uses what you upload.
1. What you may import
You may import operational manufacturing data you are authorized to share — parts, BOMs, routings, work orders, schedules, vendors, inventory, and related records — from your ERP, spreadsheets, storefront, or by hand. You are responsible for having the right to import the data you bring in.
2. How Jenso uses your imported data
Jenso uses your imported data only to operate the Service for you: to build your catalog and schedule, compute operational metrics, and generate the drafts and analyses you request. Jenso does not sell your data. Any future product-research use of data would be opt-in only and anonymized — never a default, never part of importing your data (see the Privacy Policy, "We do not sell your data").
3. Human review — AI drafts, you decide
Data brought in by AI-assisted import (for example, a catalog extracted from your storefront) is presented to you as a reviewable draft. Nothing is written into your workspace until you approve it, and Jenso never fabricates identifiers: when a part number or SKU cannot be read from the source, it is left blank for you to fill, never invented. Garbage in is surfaced for correction, not silently accepted.
4. Export control (ITAR / EAR) — read before you import
Jenso is built to be aware of AS9100 and aerospace manufacturing, and to keep the path open for export-classification controls. But Jenso is not authorized to receive ITAR-controlled technical data.
technical data is out of scope for the Service.
and the Empowered-Official attestation described in Jenso's export-control documentation (the D-121 field-level classification wall and the P1-009 control point). Those controls constrain how classified fields are processed; they are not authorization to upload ITAR data.
permitted (for EAR-scope data, per your attestation at import).
- Do not upload ITAR-controlled technical data or defense engineering drawings. ITAR-controlled
- Jenso's handling of export-classified data is limited to the field-level export-classification controls
- You are responsible for classifying your data before import and for confirming that what you upload is
By accepting this agreement you confirm you will not upload ITAR-controlled technical data to Jenso.
5. Data quality and accountability
Operational decisions you make using Jenso remain yours. Jenso computes metrics deterministically from the data you provide and uses AI only to narrate or draft — never to invent the numbers. You are responsible for reviewing imported and computed data before relying on it for production decisions.
6. Security and isolation
Your imported data is isolated to your workspace (tenant) and protected by the controls described in the Privacy Policy. Access is denied by default and granted only to the members and roles you authorize.
7. Changes
We will publish any material change to this agreement with its version identifier. Because acceptance is recorded per version, you will be asked to review and accept the current version before your next data import.
